Prove Your Design meets the Requirements
Designing a complex product is technically demanding. How do you demonstrate that you have met a technical specification containing more than one hundred requirements? Phoenix Engineering Services has experience writing Design Verification Plans (DCP) for complex commercial and military products. (Design Verification Plans are also called “Qualification Test Plans” or “Design Qualification Plans.”)
Design Confirmation Plan
We start from your Contract or Statement of Work and produce your Design Confirmation Plan. This plan explains how you will prove that your product will satisfy each technical requirement.
It defines what you will test and how you will test it.
Qualification Test Plan and Test Results
When your Customer approves your Design Confirmation Plan, our next step is to create your Qualification Test Plan and, finally, your Qualification Test Results. We start by transferring generic and specific technical requirements into a series of well-defined tests with test methodologies and Pass/Fail parameters.
Phoenix will Guide and Support You
Phoenix will guide you at each step of this process, support you at customer meetings and teach your engineers how to perform the necessary tests.
